This Privacy Policy explains how Matthew Anich ("Matthew," "I," "me," or "my"), a Florida Broker Associate affiliated with Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast, collects, uses, stores, and shares information submitted through matthewanich.com (the "Site").

Information I collect

You may choose to provide information through forms on this Site, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, buying or selling interests, price range or timing information, and any message or other details you submit.

The Site and its infrastructure providers may also receive basic technical information necessary to operate and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.

How I use information

I use information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide requested real estate information or services, evaluate buying or selling needs, maintain business records, improve the Site and client experience, prevent abuse or fraud, and comply with applicable legal or professional obligations.

How lead information is processed

Website lead submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used for this Site. Lead notifications may be sent using Cloudflare's email infrastructure to my business email account. Lead information may then be forwarded to and stored in BoomTown, the customer relationship management platform I use to manage real estate inquiries. Email systems such as Gmail may process messages containing lead information as part of this workflow.

Sharing of information

I do not sell personal information submitted through this Site. I may share information with service providers that support the Site or my real estate business, including website hosting, security, email, database, and CRM providers, when reasonably necessary to provide services or operate the Site. I may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a transaction or service you request.

Information may also be shared with my affiliated brokerage, Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast, or transaction-related professionals when appropriate to your request or a real estate transaction.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not currently intentionally deploy third-party advertising, remarketing, or behavioral analytics tags such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. Data retention and security

I retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including client service, business recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may contact me to ask about personal information you have submitted through the Site, request a correction, or request deletion when appropriate and subject to applicable legal, contractual, brokerage, and recordkeeping obligations. You may also ask not to receive non-transactional marketing communications.
